Increasing the thigh support for seats with manual adjustment in the SLK R172 model is an excellent solution for anyone who has noticed a flatter seating position with low thigh support despite the AMG package.

The use of 20 mm high spacers significantly increases the thigh support by approx. 50 mm.

This not only makes the seat more comfortable, but also safer, as you sit "in the seat" rather than on the seat.

The attachment points are displaced when the seat is raised, which is optimally compensated for by the spacers.

These high-quality spacers are made from 1.2379 tool steel to ensure a durable and stable solution.

With this simple but effective elevation option, you can significantly improve your riding comfort and be more comfortable and safer on the road.

The riser does not have an ABE and is therefore not approved for use on public roads. A material report can be requested if you intend to have the seat rail extension registered with the TÜV. It is also possible to have customised seat rails made.
